Pilar Cartró Benavides
Creative ProducerPilar is from Barcelona and currently lives in London. In 2019 she co-founded Pili Mili Films in Manchester with writer/director Milda Baginskaitė, producing short films and digital shows screened at numerous international festivals, including BAFTA and Oscar-qualifying ones. She now works as a Production Executive at Paradise City Productions with Naima Abed and Emilie Georges. Her credits include Drift (Sundance 2023), Dreams in Nightmares (Berlinale 2025), Atropia - winner of the Jury Prize at Sundance 2025 - and Associate Producer on A Town in Nova Scotia starring Bill Nighy. Pilar is a BAFTA Connect member and registered BIFA voter.
Milda Baginskaitė
Writer / DirectorMilda is a Lithuanian screenwriter and director based in the UK. Her short films have received awards for best directing, writing, production design and editing at Scanorama, Manchester International Film Festival, New York International Children's Film Festival, Underwire London and Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia, among others. She is a Berlinale Talents alumna, a member of BAFTA Connect and Directors UK, and her work has been backed by BBC Arts, Arts Council England, BFI and Girls in Film. Her theatre production My Old Man toured UK theatres in 2021. She is currently developing a BFI-funded short and her first feature film script.
Editorial & Creative Consulting
At our discretion, we offer tailored editorial and creative consultancy services. Drawing from our experience developing and producing narrative short and feature films across international festivals, we provide informed, story-driven guidance on how best to shape a project from the inside out. For a fee, with flexibility for smaller projects, we can deliver detailed script analysis and development notes to help writers and directors sharpen their vision. Consultancy begins at the earliest stages of development, often from the initial idea or draft, and can continue through to production.
Production Consulting
At our discretion, we offer tailored production consultancy services. Drawing from our hands-on experience developing and producing narrative short and feature films across a range of budgets and funding structures, we provide practical, strategic guidance on how to bring a project to life efficiently and professionally. For a fee, with flexibility for smaller projects, we can deliver an industry-standard first breakdown of your script, including a preliminary schedule and budget, giving emerging filmmakers and writers a clear picture of what their project will realistically require before going into production.
